Refund policy

We do not exchange or refund for change of mind.

However, if you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped, please notify us at info@nature2u.co within 7 business days of delivery and request a return for a replacement.

Please include the proof of purchase and photos of the affected item(s) in your email to speed up the process and if your return is accepted, we will provide details for return.

Return shipping is at your own cost and the item(s) must be received within 30 days of your order.

Once the item(s) has been received, it will be inspected and if the customer claim is approved, we will provide a replacement.

If for any reason, we are unable to provide a replacement, we will refund the purchase amount in the same manner the original order was paid.
